Payments

How do payments work?

We accept secure credit card payments, including Visa, Mastercard and NetBanking.

What was the reason for my payment to decline?

Generally it would be one of the below reasons:

- It’s your card holders decision due to your account balance, or;

- Due to incorrect information. Please make sure that your card number, expiry date and CVC number are correct.

How secure is my payment method?

It is extremely safe. The padlock icon will appear in the address bar at the top of your screen. This means you have entered a safe and secure zone. We use Shopify as our ecommerce platform, which comes with SSL encryption technology to protect your details at checkout.

Delivery

When can I expect my robe/s?

Once your payment is received, we will send your items to you within the respective business days via FedEx, DHL, Aramex, TNT or UPS based on the country which the order is placed from.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver our robes worldwide using an international delivery service. It would take between 10-15 business days for your order to be delivered.

The time it takes for your order to arrive varies on your location, and how fast your local postal service is.

Does Kay Deane cover the cost of customs, taxes and duties?

Kay Deane won’t be held responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. Prices as advertised do not include these.

Packaging

How will by robe be packaged?

Each robe will be packed in a Kay Deane Box sized at 11”x14”x2.5”.

Returns or Damages

Do you refund for damaged/lost items in transit?

We do not refund damaged/lost items in transit.

 

When placing your order don't forget to double check all shipping address details are correct and up to date. We are unable to make changes to orders once you have placed your order.
